Butchers Hall market In Tavistock

What a difference a roof makes!

Well….Inspired is all I can say. The monthly Art Market moved into Butchers Hall for the winter …. a great idea!

Well The Butchers Hall, next to the Pannier Market, gets a BIG thumbs up from us. We had such a good day, a good foot fall and no drips or wind emergencies nor did we slowly cook as the sun rose over the town hall!!!.  It was warm, light and peaceful. Loved it. Thank you Tavistock – Devon County Council.  With a smaller pitch our costs also went down. We had lots of space, although we may hve slighly less elbow room when more people sign up. However, we where pleased with our pitch in the centre of the building on the natural inward trail as people entered the hall.

We had our new brochures with the new courses and gave them away at a steady pace throughout the day.  We will be very happy if at least some of those translate into  sales. NIckiy’s cards where lierally flying off the shelves and I made enough sales to make it all a very worthwhile day.

We had delicious coffee and tea through out the day both from Dukes Coffee House and Bob’s East End Cafe (whose egg and bacon bap was MMMM MMMM mmm!)
